We were delighted with the convenient location of the hotel. Being attached to the monorail station made getting around Tokyo easy. The beautiful river scenery added a pleasant touch to our stay. The hotel was impressively clean, and the breakfast offered was of high quality. The staff, especially Miss Yamamoto and Mr Suzuki, were great too assist us. We look forward to visiting again on our next trip.

The location of this hotel was awesome! It was really convenient to get to from the airport and there were plenty of public transportation options nearby. Plus, the view of the bay area was fantastic. Another great aspect was the helpful and friendly staff. They made me feel welcome and were always ready to assist me with any questions or requests. One more thing that I enjoyed was the fast and free WIFI in the rooms. It made it easy for me to stay connected.

One downside was the expensive breakfast. It was not worth the price and the selection was limited, with the same food being served every day.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was convenient, as the hotel is just a short walk from the Tennozu Isle subway station, which provides easy access to various other connections in the city. the monorail to Haneda airport was right at my doorstep, making it super convenient for my travels.

The cleanliness of the hotel was subpar, as there were some hairs in the bathtub upon check-in. the lack of services on Sundays, such as dry cleaning, was inconvenient.

The room amenities were excellent, with a comfortable sitting area, air conditioning, useful electric kettle, free toiletries, and an alarm clock. The dining facilities were also great, with a good selection of restaurants and a cozy bar/lounge area. The staff on the reception desk were helpful and arranged everything for us in the most unassuming manner.

Fantastic view of Rainbow Bridge from room, arranged unassumingly by staff. Generous supply of towels and PJs. Excellent location for exploring Tokyo, not too noisy but still close to major attractions. Many restaurants and cafes in area. Convenient connection from Haneda airport to hotel. Easy access to train station in same building. a great experience.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Tokyo that was conveniently located right next to two train lines, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The friendly staff were always delighted to assist me in figuring out how to go to the different tourist spots. the hotel was close to Haneda airport, which was a big plus for me. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast provided a variety of delicious options, and the view from my room was stunning.

I was disappointed to find that there was no iron in the room, and the one that was brought in was not of good quality.
